Social AID is a registered not-for-profit agency registered under the Registration and Control Ordinance, 1961 (XLVI of 1961) in Pakistan under the Registration No. DSW-577. It is a professional, independent, disasters and environmentally-sensitive participatory development agency working to uplift the environmental and socio-economic conditions of rural and urban communities particularlywomen, children and elderly.
Social AID is a multipurpose agency engaged in inter-dependant, interrelated, and interconnected - environmental, economic, educational, social and cultural development by acting as a catalyst and umbrella organization, consulting and advisory body for other agencies and partner organizations (i.e. Government, NGOs, CBOs, donors, research and educational institutions, private sector, multinational and professional associations / organizations or directly communities and beneficiaries, etc.).
Vision:
Social AID will be a global force and partner in the endeavor of eradicating extreme poverty while ensuring unmatchable commitment for ensuring people's dignity. Our vision is a "world where people are self-resilient, live dignified lives, ensure healthy and prosperous future and coexistence for all living beings in harmony."
